Job summary

Southern California Edison is seeking a Project Management Support, Construction Specialist to coordinate design and planning across multiple projects from inception to delivery. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, maintain schedules in MS Project, and ensure data integrity in shared systems.

This hybrid role is based in Valencia, CA with up to 20% travel, requiring comfort with field work and reporting to leadership.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of Project Support experience.
• Experience in the electric utility industry preferred.
• Proficient in MS Excel for reports and dashboards.
• Experience with SAP Ariba.
• Experience using data visualization tools.
• Experience using Design Manager.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate pre-construction and construction planning tasks and maintain data integrity in project records.
• Collaborate with large multi-disciplinary project teams (30+ members).
• Prepare progress reports, track milestones, and monitor budgets and schedules.
• Develop and apply project procedures and directives for compliance.
• Maintain project documentation and version control in document libraries.
• Create presentations for management and executive review.
• Identify process improvements and implement new reporting features.
