Actalent seeks an Assistant Project Manager – Construction to support the PM team through the full project life cycle, coordinating documentation, purchasing, scheduling, and client communications. You will help monitor progress, manage escalations, and ensure deliverables meet budget and timelines.

The role is hybrid from Shakopee, MN, with a pay range of $30.00–$36.00 per hour and potential contract-to-hire conversion. Benefits and on-call requirements are noted in the internal policy.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in Construction Management or Project Management.
• Exposure to fixtures installations and rollout work is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with contracts, blueprints, and construction software.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Project Managers to define objectives, scope, and deliverables.
• Manage project documentation, permits, submittals, RFIs, and change orders.
• Develop and maintain construction schedules with milestones.
