Job summary

Harmon, Inc. is seeking a driven project coordinator to support a project team through consistent process execution in New York. You will assist project leadership, track tasks across the lifecycle, and help ensure accuracy in delivery.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and have 1–3 years in project management, with construction exposure preferred. Strong communication, time management, and Excel skills are valued as you contribute to our collaborative

Responsibilities

• Tracking project processes, from start up to close out.
• Supporting project leadership, field teams, and clients over a project’s lifecycle through tracking and driving administrative processes for the project.
• Gathering critical information that enables leaders to predict, analyze, and communicate key financial metrics/results.

You will work on project team to gain critical skills and experience while providing support to multiple processes during a project’s life cycle.

Position Description

Your top priority is to support your projects’ leadership and mastering project tasks to drive accuracy.

• Tracking project processes, from start up to close out.
• Supporting project leadership, field teams, and clients over a project’s lifecycle through tracking and driving administrative processes for the project.
• Gathering critical information that enables leaders to predict, analyze, and communicate key financial metrics/results.
• Learning tasks and processes to gain technical industry knowledge and basic project management skills.

Experience

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent industry experience.
• 1-3 years experience in project management or a related field
• Some construction project experience preferred

Salary Range: $68,000/yr-$75,000/yr
