Job summary

WW Clyde in Apache Junction, AZ is seeking a Construction Project Manager – Training & Process Controls to lead training for Field Engineers and Project Managers. You will build budgets, forecasts, cost reports, and run projects the WW Clyde way, with on-site work and regular site visits.

This role reports to the Director of Project Controls and involves developing training materials, SOPs, and dashboards that improve processes.

Qualifications

• 4–5+ years leading heavy civil construction projects.
• Experience owning budgets, forecasts, cost reports, and schedules.
• Ability to teach and develop people on project controls.
• Willingness to be in Apache Junction office full time and travel region.

Responsibilities

• Train and coach teams on company processes and project controls.
• Teach budgeting, forecasting, cost reporting, and month-end close.
• Develop training materials, SOPs, and process documentation.
• Lead onboarding for new project personnel.
• Maintain project reporting tools and ensure accuracy.
• Review monthly reports to spot trends and risks.
• Drive adoption of new processes and systems.
• Build trusted relationships with project teams.
