Job summary

FourGen Holdings seeks a Project Controls Analyst to manage financial tracking and reporting for designated projects from startup to completion. You will support monthly billing, forecast labor and material costs, monitor budgets and contract value, and prepare WIP reports for executive leadership.

The role is based in Minooka, IL with occasional travel to Oak Brook Office as needed, collaborating with project management, field supervision, accounting, and leadership to ensure accurate financial

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in project management or project accounting.
• Familiarity with construction accounting and AIA billing.
• Experience with project forecasting and cost-at-completion.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with GMP projects.

Responsibilities

• Forecast monthly costs for external parties.
• Gather and update cost information monthly with project team.
• Support monthly GMP Billing.
• Monitor project budgets and contract value.
• Forecast and report cost at completion.
• Deliver monthly WIP reports to executives.
• Track project costs and resource usage.
• Analyze and monitor resource curves for the Field/PM teams.
