Qualificações

• Currently enrolled as a Junior or Senior in an undergraduate program; preferred majors include Construction Management, Mechanical or Civil Engineering.
• Demonstrated high academic achievement with leadership experience.
• Passion for the construction industry and a collaborative mindset.
• Strong communication skills; comfortable making cold and warm calls to build relationships.
• Goal-oriented with focus on personal development.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
