• Ability to interpret safety hazards and implement construction strategies.
• Strong planning, organizing, and scheduling skills for project work.
• Effective communication with clients and vendors to discuss costs.

Responsibilities

• Reviews budget to determine whether project is performing work within budget.
• Prepare various project reports for management, client, or others to analyze labor hours, work performed, or other costs.
• Assist in planning, organizing, and scheduling work and determining cost effectiveness.
• Consult with clients, vendors, or other individuals to discuss miscellaneous cost issues.
• Review material and labor requirements, equipment and production costs, performance requirements, and project schedules to ensure completeness and accuracy.
• Assist other workers as needed.
