Eagle Building Company in Minneapolis is seeking an Assistant Superintendent to support the Project Superintendent and Project Manager on-site and in the office. You will help manage client relationships, subcontractors, and project documentation, contributing to timely startup through closeout.

• Degree in Construction Management, Construction Engineering, or a related construction field.

Responsibilities

• Support client presentations and maintain relationships.
• Assist with project hand-off/startup meetings and schedules.
• Build and maintain subcontractor partnerships.
• Support projects from startup through closeout, including subcontractor/material selection and contracts.
• Monitor schedules, costs, and change orders; track RFIs, submittals, and logs.
• Help forecast project costs and document risks.
• Participate in safety, quality control, and project meetings.
• Ensure timely project closeout, punch list resolution, and warranty support.
• Assist with lien waivers, HUD requirements, and final documentation.
• Share lessons learned for future projects.
