Qualifications

• 3+ years of construction or project-based accounting experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of construction accounting principles and compliance with GAAP.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize in a deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage financial aspects of construction projects from setup through closeout.
• Prepare and manage AIA billings and ensure timely invoicing.
• Partner with project managers to monitor financial performance and reporting.
