As a Program Manager for Quality and Commissioning within the Global Facilities & Construction (GFAC) organization, you will lead the development, governance, and control of enterprise frameworks across Micron’s U.S. capital construction programs. This role is responsible for establishing and deploying standards and execution frameworks that enable quality and commissioning to be consistently defined, tracked, and delivered throughout project life cycle to final turnover. You will implement structured processes, tools, and performance controls that ensure requirements are embedded into delivery, and measurable throughout execution. Through program governance, reporting, and continuous improvement, you will drive compliance, and predictable project outcomes. This role serves as the primary GFAC liaison across construction, engineering, commissioning, and operations, ensuring alignment of requirements and disciplined execution.
