Job summary

Core4ce is seeking a Construction Project Manager to support U.S. Government design and construction projects in Maryland.

The role involves managing budgets, schedules, design reviews, QA/QC, and project tracking while coordinating with Government Project Managers, CORs, customers, and contractors. The position requires experience in design/construction management for government projects, strong analytical and communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting design, construction, facilities, engineering, or Government project management.
• Experience with project requirements, SOWs, cost estimates, budgets, schedules, or technical documentation.
• Experience reviewing designs, specifications, drawings, or construction documentation.

Responsibilities

• Develop SOWs, project requirements, and budgets.
• Assist with cost estimates and budgets for contracts.
• Develop and review schedules; identify delays and risks.
• Review invoices and advise on payments for the customer.
• Review designs/specifications for feasibility and scope; document findings in DrChecks.
• Provide Construction QA/QC support, including site visits and QA reports.
• Attend progress, safety, and quality control meetings and prepare summaries.
