Qualifications

• BS in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years managing construction and/or facilities renovation projects.
• Experience supporting government customers.
• Planning, design, budgeting, and hands-on construction experience.

Responsibilities

• Review, analyze, and respond to IFBs, RFPs, and RFQs.
• Lead creation of bids, proposals, and quotes in collaboration with technical experts.
• Engage customers to clarify requirements and identify solutions.
• Perform construction project material take-offs and create cost estimates.
• Create accurate project schedules, identify critical paths, and mitigate schedule risk.
• Create Bills of Materials (BOMs) and coordinate procurement of materials.
• Develop project budgets and provide financial status updates to leadership.
• Collaborate with logistics to ensure materials are received and shipped.
