Job summary

Champion Home Builders, Inc. is seeking a production line worker to join our manufacturing team. You will perform manual labor on the line, read blueprints, measure, and operate hand and power tools as part of a fast-paced, safety-driven environment.

You will contribute to quality craftsmanship across modular and manufactured homes, collaborate with teammates, and help maintain a clean, organized work area on site in Indiana. Prior manufacturing experience is preferred; training is provided.

Qualifications

• No formal education required; or up to one month related experience or training.
• Experience in manufacturing/modular housing is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs all manual labor in the area to which assigned.
• Keeps area neat and clean.
• Read and use a tape measure
• Read blue prints and orders
• Communicate well with coworkers

Summary

Under General supervision, work on the production line to build manufactured housing, as part of a team, and perform quality work at a fast moving and consistent manner.

Qualifications

Less than high school education; or up to one month related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Previous experience in manufacturing/modular housing desired.
