Job summary

Champion Home Builders, Inc. seeks dependable individuals to join the production line, building manufactured housing as part of a team. General supervision and quality workmanship are emphasized.

The role involves reading blueprints, using tape measures, and operating hand, air, and electrical tools. Fit candidates have strong work ethic, teamwork, and safety awareness.

FLSA: Non-exempt; pay weekly; prior manufacturing experience is a plus; competitive wages and strong benefits provided.

• Less than high school education or equivalent experience.
• Previous experience in manufacturing/modular housing desired but not required.
• Must be able to pass a 7 Panel Drug Screen.

Summary

Under General supervision, work on the production line to build manufactured housing, as part of a team, and perform quality work at a fast moving and consistent manner.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Performs all manual labor in the area to which assigned.
