Champion Home Builders, Inc. is seeking a production line worker to join a fast-paced manufacturing team on the housing production floor. You will contribute to quality builds under general supervision and help maintain steady output.

Responsibilities include reading tape measures and blueprints, using hand, air, and electrical tools, keeping the area clean, and communicating effectively with teammates. The role is non-exempt with weekly pay and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Less than high school education; or up to one month related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Summary Under General supervision, work on the production line to build manufactured housing, as part of a team, and perform quality work at a fast moving and consistent manner.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Performs all manual labor in the area to which assigned.
• Keeps area neat and clean.
• Read and use a tape measure
• Read blue prints and orders
• Communicate well with coworkers
• Use hand tools, air tools, and electrical tools

Qualifications
