Job summary

The role emphasizes hands-on problem solving, collaboration across departments, and the ability to adapt to evolving project needs in a dynamic construction environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience in manufacturing or similar businesses.
• Extensive experience managing large construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, processes and equipment.
• Experience with field work and understanding the customer’s needs.
• Proficient in MS Office programs – Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint; MS Project and project management software preferred; AutoCAD skills are a plus.
• Will vary; dependent upon project requirements.

Responsibilities

• Review project proposal and plan to determine time frame, funding margins, and procedures.
• Prepare reports for management and/or customer.
• Interact with customers based on any project changes.
• Manage costs and maximize profitability.
• Liaison between customers and internal departments.
• Occasional local site/customer office visits.
• Apply creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for each job.
• Other responsibilities assigned.
