Job summary

CSG Talent in Phoenix is seeking a Precon Manager to collaborate with preconstruction and business development teams to review project plans, quantities, and specifications, and to lead budgeting and bidding for construction projects.

You will own client-facing relationships, develop conceptual budgets with minimal input, refine budgets as design progresses, and manage multiple bids to meet deadlines while delivering exceptional client service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–7 years of preconstruction or estimating experience in commercial construction.
• Ability to develop budgets with minimal input and adjust as design evolves.
• Strong understanding of construction costs, contracts, and industry standards.
• Excellent client-facing communication and presentation skills.
• Proven track record of managing multiple bids to meet deadlines.
