Job summary

Potawatomi Defense Operations, LLC is seeking a Project Manager in San Antonio, TX to lead all phases of construction projects. You will manage client relationships, coordinate with subcontractors and vendors, and ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to contract specifications.

The role requires strong scheduling, budgeting, and communication skills, plus OSHA 10 training and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management or equivalent work experience.
• 5-10 years of project management experience in commercial projects.
• 5-10 years of project management experience in Federal contracting projects.
• Must have valid driver's license and ability to travel.
• OSHA10 training.
• Must have basic estimating and scheduling experience.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office tools.
• Must understand budgeting.
• Willingness to travel as needed in support of other contracts.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of the construction project and client relationships to ensure on-time, within-scope and within-budget delivery.
• Develop and implement contract modifications as needed and communicate project requirements to subcontractors and vendors.
• Coordinate with office and field staff, management, and clients to develop schedules and look-ahead plans.
• Review submittals, RFIs, and shop drawings and track through Procore or similar systems.
• Oversee procurement, change orders, and cost tracking; issue and document change orders with owners and subcontractors.
