Job summary

SteerBridge is seeking a Construction Manager – Project Manager (CM-PM) to support Construction Facilities Management for the BEP at its Washington, DC facility. You will manage scope, schedule, cost, and documentation, coordinating electrical, mechanical, structural, architectural, fire protection, and other disciplines to keep multiple projects moving.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in architecture/engineering/construction management and at least six years of multidisciplinary construction PM

Qualifications

• Eligibility: U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain security clearance.
• Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, building construction, or construction management.
• Minimum six years of specialized commercial construction project management experience.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary construction projects across electrical, mechanical, structural, architectural, and life-safety disciplines.
• Strong written and oral communication, technical writing, and procurement documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain status across BEP construction, renovation, and facility‑improvement projects.
• Develop and maintain project trackers, logs, schedules, and status reports.
• Track scope, schedule, budget, dependencies, actions, and responsible parties.
• Identify projects at risk and elevate issues requiring management attention.
• Coordinate across electrical, mechanical, structural, architectural, and fire‑protection disciplines.
• Assist with organizing requirements, interfaces, and project decisions.
• Prepare clear project status updates, technical summaries, and decision‑support materials.
• Communicate with BEP personnel, CFM leadership, contract personnel, and stakeholders.
