Job summary

KLMCC is seeking a Project Manager with proven experience in multi-family construction to drive the full scope of projects from pre-con to completion. You will lead cross-functional teams, ensure safety, schedule adherence, and budget targets, and maintain strong relationships with owners, designers, and subcontractors.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in multi-family builds, strong organizational skills, and the ability to influence stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in multi-family construction.
• Skilled with project management software and scheduling tools.
• Strong scheduling and organizational abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; facilitation skills.

Responsibilities

• Primary contact to Clients and company departments.
• Participate in meetings from pre-Construction Phase to project completion.
• Coordinate project buy-outs, subcontracts, and Integrated Services.
• Review schedules, costs, site safety, and logistics plans.
• Lead weekly project meetings and manage billing cycles.
• Prepare monthly cost projections and status reports.
