Job summary

Haselden Construction is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead financial management, project management, and risk, safety, and quality programs on commercial construction projects in the Denver area.

You will manage budgets, forecasts, change management, schedules, bids, and documentation, while coordinating with owners, architects, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams. You’ll mentor engineers and interns and promote Haselden’s culture and values.

Qualifications

• Experience leading commercial construction projects and managing budgets, schedules, and risks.
• Strong communication and client relations skills, with negotiation ability.
• Proficiency with construction management tools and software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, MS Office).
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent relevant experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Manage project budgets, forecasts, payment applications, cash flow, invoices, and financial reporting.
• Lead change management including pricing, documentation, negotiation, and execution.
• Present project status during monthly financial reviews.
• Identify financial risks and develop strategies to protect profitability.
• Manage multiple projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Coordinate with owners, architects, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Support project estimates, proposals, and client development efforts.
• Maintain strong client relationships to drive satisfaction and repeat work.
