Responsibilities

Organizing and planning for the safe and efficient execution of the assigned projects.
Assist in maintaining the financial controls of the project for the profit/loss of the project.
Assisting in developing and maintaining the project schedule.
Collaborating with PM team to estimate, price and negotiate the price on projects.
Working with Superintendents and Estimating teams for project collaboration.
Assisting with department initiatives.
Continually expanding knowledge and use of industry best practices and innovation.
Solving problems, as they arise, by using available knowledge and resources.
