Job summary

You will attend project meetings, record minutes, survey and layout job sites, verify field dimensions, and monitor progress with a focus on safety and documentation.

Housing and auto allowance are considered. The hourly rate range for this internship is $21.00–$25.00, reflecting a competitive compensation for a summer program in the Rockville, Maryland

Qualifications

• Internship offering hands-on experience in project management and field operations.
• Opportunity to learn through on-site tours, meetings, and mentorship.
• Exposure to LEED submittals, RFIs, and cost proposal preparation.

Responsibilities

• Attend project meetings and record minutes.
• Survey and layout job site.
• Verify field dimensions.
• Walk the job site and monitor progress.
• Monitor project for unsafe conditions.
• Prepare, review and mark-up submittals and shop drawings.
• Take site-work progress photos.
• Prepare daily reports and document manpower counts.
• Update record drawings.
• Prepare work plans and outage requests.
• Assist with subcontractor buy-out and estimating take-offs.
• Attend company training seminars.
