Qualifications

• Minimum Grade Point Average of 3.0 out of 4.0.
• Previous Internship or Co‑op construction experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Managers with estimating project proposals and assigning dollar values.
• Create timelines for subcontractors to complete projects on time.
• Attend design meetings to understand project details.
• Send bid instructions to subcontractors and evaluate proposals.
• Fill out permit forms and submit for approval.
• Review shop drawings and communicate with subcontractors.
• Assist with billing and pay requests.
• Visit job sites with Project Managers to ensure smooth operations.
