Baker Concrete Construction, Inc in Syracuse, NY seeks a Project Manager II to provide overall management direction on complex projects, establishing objectives through planning and budgets, and serving as the primary client contact. The role monitors construction and financial activities in collaboration with the Project Team, owning the project’s financial results and promoting safety culture on site.

Competenze

Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university with 4 years of construction experience; or 8 years of construction-related experience.
2 years of experience as a Project Manager I.

Mansioni

The Project Manager II will provide overall management direction on complex project(s).
Establishes project objectives through planning and budgets; serves as primary client contact; monitors construction and financial activities with the Project Team.
Responsible for the financial results of the project and for safety on the project by perpetuating the IIF culture.
Leads pre-construction duties, transition/start-up, and manages cost and schedule; direct/oversees staff; manages client relationships; submittal of technical records; risk management; ensures a safe work environment.
Participates in training/certifications.
