Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university and 4 years of experience, or 8 years of construction related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsabilités

• Responsible for overall management direction on less complex project(s).
• Establishes project objectives through planning and budgets.
• Primary point of contact with the client; monitors construction and financial activities with the Superintendent.
• Responsible for the financial results of the project and for safety on the project by upholding the IIF culture.
• Oversees safety and risk management processes; ensures a safe work environment.
