Job summary

ARCO National Holdings in Chicago seeks a Project Manager with a passion for construction to lead projects from start to finish. You will manage estimating, scheduling, quality control, progress reporting, and coordination with owners and design teams to deliver value.

You will guide the buyout process, supervise subcontractors, and conduct regular site meetings, focusing on quality and customer satisfaction while meeting deadlines and budget targets in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Graduation date Winter 2026 or Spring 2027 with a Bachelor's or Master's in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum GPA of 3.2 out of 4.0.
• Prior construction internship experience is a plus.
• Extracurricular involvement is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage a project’s managerial and administrative aspects including estimating, scheduling, quality control, progress reports, progress billing, design review and coordination, cost reporting, safety, and proposal preparation.
• Ensure an accurate and complete project estimate.
• Collaborate with owners and the design team to develop preliminary concept drawings.
• Participate in proposal meetings to review scope, reduce costs, and provide value engineering ideas.
• Oversee buyout process and subcontractor selection.
• Conduct bi-weekly job site meetings.
