Job summary

Kaizen Lab Inc. is seeking a Project Manager in Miami, Florida, to oversee the lifecycle of both government and commercial construction projects. This role requires strong skills in construction risk management and contract administration to deliver high-quality projects that meet all requirements.

The ideal candidate will manage project schedules, vendor selection, and all necessary compliance documentation. The position also includes performance-based bonuses, health benefits, PTO, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of related General Contracting experience balancing multiple projects.
• Current OSHA 30, first aid, and CPR credentials (must obtain within 30 days if not available).
• Proficiency with MS Office/Projects and existing PM software.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of the construction project lifecycle from origination through closeout.
• Lead buyout, vendor selection, contract negotiation, and administration.
• Develop, maintain, and communicate project schedules.
• Obtain and track all required permits and approvals.
• Manage submittals, RFIs, drawing revisions, and contract document changes.
