Job summary

W.E. O'Neil Construction is seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex projects in the San Fernando Valley, ensuring safety, quality, schedule adherence, and profitability from preconstruction through closeout.

You will manage financial performance, lead subcontractors and stakeholders, and serve as the main client contact across the project lifecycle. Multifamily or senior living experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Requires 7+ years in construction, with proven contract and financial performance management.
• Bachelor's degree in CM/Engineering/Architecture or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience leading large or complex projects and teams.
• Proficiency in scheduling, procurement, and risk management.
• OSHA 30-Hour certification or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Champion project safety, quality, scheduling, and risk management across lifecycle.
• Lead schedule planning, monitoring, and recovery; identify and mitigate risks.
• Administer primes, subcontracts, purchase orders, and change management processes.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, billing, cash flow, and financial reporting.
