Job summary

ServiceMaster Clean of Fraser Valley is seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead the construction division, set budgets, and supervise daily operations. You will coordinate with customers, clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure high-quality service across projects.

The role emphasizes budgeting, bid analysis, subcontractor vetting, and maintaining efficient work processes while managing multiple projects and leading a dedicated construction team.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction project management and team oversight.
• Proven ability to budget, bid, and manage multiple projects.
• Strong communication with customers, subcontractors and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Oversee customer and client satisfaction across projects.
• Monitor workload and develop departmental budgets for approval.
• Assist in vetting and managing subcontractors and resources.
• Manage all aspects of the construction division and daily operations.
• Assign leads and projects to managers and superintendents.
• Review estimates and ensure proper work processes are followed.
• Conduct weekly Work-in-Progress meetings with the team.
• Estimate construction projects using Xactimate software.
