Qualifications

5+ years of experience supervising and running construction projects.
Experience handling projects of $5 million+ in value.
Proficient in BIM coordination and coordination management.
Strong leadership and team-building abilities.
Excellent budgeting, scheduling, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Ensure safety, quality, and profitability of projects.
Manage job setup including project costing, labor hours, and scheduling.
Schedule crews and coordinate with subcontractors to meet timelines.
Develop and adhere to budget, timeline, and quality control plans.
Ensure compliance with local, state, and national building codes.
Prepare for billings and assist in reviews.
