Qualifications

• Proven experience in construction painting or related trades.
• Strong English communication to understand instructions and collaborate effectively with team members.
• Comfortable with physical tasks including standing, bending, lifting, and working at heights.

Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, scraping, and applying primer to ensure optimal paint adhesion.
• Mix paints and coatings accurately to match specified colors and finishes.
• Apply paints, stains, varnishes, and other finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment with precision and care.
• Follow safety protocols and use protective gear to maintain a safe work environment.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding project progress and any surface issues.
• Maintain cleanliness of work area and properly dispose of waste materials in accordance with safety standards.
• Inspect completed work for quality assurance, ensuring smooth finishes and adherence to specifications.
