IEM is seeking a Full-Time Construction Oversight Manager to lead site monitoring of subrecipient construction projects under PRDOH’s CDBG-MIT program in Puerto Rico. The role emphasizes reviewing payment certifications, safety compliance, and contract documentation, with travel as needed.

Ideal candidates have 5 years of construction management experience, a Bachelor's degree or higher, and OSHA 30-hour certification.

Formación

• This role requires five years of construction management experience.
• Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree or higher.
• Bilingual English and Spanish verbal and written communication skills are required.
• OSHA 30-hour training certification in construction is mandatory.
• Local work in Puerto Rico is required.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a team of construction oversight staff and perform monthly site visits.
• Review payment certifications and construction change orders.
• Prepare reports for the Project Manager based on monitoring visits.
• Provide feedback on health and safety provisions to the subrecipient.
• Validate health and safety plan compliance with Puerto Rico OSHA standards.
