Signature Retail Services is looking to add an Overnight Reset Merchandiser! The pay rate for this rate for this is between $20-$23 an hour.

What will you do?

A DAY IN THE LIFE

As an Overnight Merchandising Associate, you are the dynamic force behind transforming spaces into captivating showcases! You'll have the opportunity to work with some of the biggest names in the industry, including big box home improvement and building material stores like Lowe's and Home Depot . Your daily duties include the following but not limited to :

• You will begin by supporting projects in your state either during the day or at night as those projects are completed, you will move on to support other projects in various parts of your state or region.
• As an Overnight Merchandiser, you're the guardian of transformation, bringing a burst of new energy to the store! Your mission involves rebuilding store sections and meticulously following plans and schedules to ensure a seamless shopping experience for customers. The thrill? Unloading products from stocks and working hand-in-hand with warehouse warriors to make it happen.
• You restock aisles with precision. With your passion for detail and dedication, you're creating a canvas of excitement for everyone who walks through those doors. Get ready to shine in a role that turns the ordinary into the extraordinary!

You're not just a merchandiser; you're an ambassador, sharing valuable product insights with both customers and store associates. You sculpt shopping experiences that leave lasting impressions! This role is ideal for any handyman / handywoman or anyone with a construction or remodeling background.

Work Schedule

This role requires overnight work shifts and traveling to different project sites. When traveling for different projects, you will be lodged in a hotel for the duration of the project and rotate back home every few weeks.

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Ability to travel to different parts of the country but primarily focused on your region (Midwest).
• Basic tools for the job : work gloves, basic hand tools, tape measure, box cutter, etc.
• Access to a personal car not shared with another person.
• Smartphone with internet access, voice, and text.
• Personable and friendly demeanor with clients and customers.
• Must have access to your own reliable vehicle.
• Valid Driver's License and current personal auto insurance coverage.
• Must meet all pre-employment and post-employment screening requirements. such as a background check and motor vehicle record check.
• Ability to lift, bend, stoop, sit, stand, walk, carry materials / products, and climb ladders.
• Lifting requirements up to 60 lbs. repeatedly and regularly without any assistance throughout the entire work shift.
