The role requires coordinating with management, ensuring compliance, and seeking new business opportunities.

The successful candidate will bring a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 2–4 years of hands-on project management experience, with strong leadership and negotiation capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in an industry-related Engineering or Project Management field.
• 2–4 years hands-on telecommunications or related project management experience.
• Proven leadership in a cross-functional team environment and strong negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead Construction Division operations, equipment, and facilities.
• Ensure safety compliance and workers' compensation loss management and DOT alignment with EHS.
• Maintain regular communication with stakeholders to monitor satisfaction and alignment.
• Identify and implement process improvements for efficient service delivery.
• Monitor KPIs and drive productivity and profitability across the division.
• Coordinate with Project Management for smooth handoffs and documentation flow.
