We are growing our team and looking for newConstruction Laborer to install high quality, rubberized playground surfaces. In this role, you will mix the ground up rubber with resin and wheelbarrow the material to the install area. Each customer order is unique and crew Foremen will provide direction for each project. Internally, we call these roles Mixer Wheelbarrow Operators.

Pay Range: Starting at $18.00/hour and up, depending on experience

Core Contributions:

• Prioritize your personal safety and the safety of your teammates. You are empowered to act and stop work if you see something unsafe.
• Mix ground-up rubber with resin and wheelbarrow the material to the playground surface area.
• Continually check product and monitor the processes to ensure high quality.
• Set-up and clean job sites with tools and installation equipment.
• Keep area clean to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
• Approximately 20% overnight travel.
• Ability to multitask in a stressful, dirty, outdoor environment with extreme temperatures
• Ability to reliably commute to various work locations
• Lift up to 75 lbs. throughout the day
• Read and understand units of measure and perform basic math functions
• Must be safety-conscious and carry out work responsibilities in a safe manner
• Must be able to work overtime to meet operational requirements
