We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Construction/Mitigation Laborer to help communities recover from disasters by assisting with cleanup, restoration, and rebuilding efforts related to water, fire, storm, or mold damage. This role offers the chance to make a meaningful impact while building a rewarding career in a supportive, team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with mitigation projects including cleanup, demolition, and restoration
• Support construction tasks such as framing, drywall, and painting during rebuilds
• Operate hand and power tools safely
• Maintain a clean and safe work site
• Load/unload materials and equipment
• Collaborate with team members to meet project timelines and ensure client satisfaction

Qualifications:

• Experience in construction, demolition, or restoration preferred but not required
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Flexible hours, including occasional weekends and overtime
