Knife River Corporation in Bryan, TX is seeking a Quality Control Technician to perform laboratory and field testing of aggregates, asphalt, and concrete to ensure product quality. You will prepare samples, operate testing equipment, record results, and collaborate with Quality Control, Operations, and Sales teams to support production while maintaining safety and integrity. The role requires flexibility for day/night shifts and local travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and accurate record keeping.
• Experience in construction materials testing or quality control preferred.
• TXAPA Level 1A certification preferred.
• Ability to travel locally as needed.

Responsabilités

• Maintain a high standard of safety and integrity.
• Collect, prepare, and test aggregate, asphalt, and concrete samples.
• Perform laboratory and field testing and ensure compliance with specifications.
• Set up, operate, and maintain laboratory testing equipment.
• Record, analyze, and report test results using prescribed procedures.
• Communicate findings to Quality Control, Operations, and Sales teams.
• Maintain a clean and safe laboratory and work environment.
