TTL, Inc. seeks a Construction Materials Laboratory Technician in Tuscaloosa, AL. You will perform standard lab tests on soils, aggregates, flyash, rock cores, concrete, and masonry blocks according to ASTM and AASHTO procedures.
Responsibilities include data compilation, reporting, calibration of equipment, and adherence to safety protocols while supporting on-site assessments. Requires strong communication and accuracy; physical capability to lift 50 pounds and willingness to work extra hours

Perform laboratory work in accordance with applicable ASTM and AASHTO standard procedures. Receives instructions on lab testing to be performed from supervisors, project professionals, and other technicians. Activities and materials typically encountered include but are not limited to tests for density, moisture content, permeability, gradation, consolidation, and strength with regard to soils, aggregates, flyash, rock cores, concrete, and masonry block.
