Atlantic Testing Laboratories (ATL) is seeking qualified Construction Materials Engineers to join a growing team that blends fieldwork with office assignments across New York State. This role offers a mix of site visits and office work, with strong opportunities for licensure support (PE or EIT), professional development, and advancement.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to review and interpret project plans and specifications.
• Ability to effectively multitask and manage priorities.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Licensed or pursuing licensure (NYS PE or EIT) preferred.

Responsabilités

• Evaluate subgrade preparation for shallow foundations.
• Monitor installation of deep foundation systems.
• Perform construction materials engineering, geotechnical evaluations, and inspections.
• Provide technical support to Construction Materials Technicians.
• Manage proposals, client communications, reports, and invoicing reviews.
