Job summary

Spire Solutions is seeking a Warehouse Delivery Driver in Port Washington, WI to safely deliver construction materials, equipment, and tools to project sites and customers. You will support field operations by ensuring timely deliveries while maintaining a high level of customer service.

The ideal candidate is organized, safety-minded, and comfortable in a warehouse/construction setting. A valid driver’s license, clean records, and ability to pass screenings are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Forklift certification required or willing to obtain upon hire.
• Previous delivery/warehouse or logistics experience preferred.
• Experience in construction/equipment rental environments is a plus.
• Experience with basic maintenance on small equipment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Safely and efficiently deliver construction materials, equipment, tools, and supplies to project sites and customers.
• Plan and complete delivery routes in a timely and cost-effective manner.
• Comply with DOT regulations including trailer weight, inspections, and maintenance requirements.
• Ensure equipment and tools are delivered to sites to support productivity and schedules.
• Operate forklifts and other equipment for loading, unloading, and organizing materials.
• Obtain and maintain required equipment certifications.
• Inspect vehicles and report maintenance or safety concerns.
• Assist with warehouse operations including organizing, staging, loading, and unloading.
• Maintain accurate delivery and equipment records using company systems.
• Provide professional and courteous service to project teams, customers, vendors, and staff.
