Job summary

Zuern Building Products, Inc. is hiring for a Delivery Team member at our Cross Plains location in Wisconsin. This role involves loading, transporting, and unloading building materials, ensuring on-time deliveries, and maintaining safety and product integrity.

You will interact with dispatchers, customers, and teammates to uphold high service standards. Qualified candidates have a valid Wisconsin driver’s license, knowledge of load securement, and the ability to operate delivery vehicles in

Qualifications

• Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to meet delivery schedules and deadlines.
• Excellent customer service and ability to interact professionally with customers and team members.
• Ability to safely operate delivery vehicles and equipment in various traffic and weather conditions.
• Knowledge of safe material handling, load securement and transportation practices.
• Forklift certification or ability to obtain certification upon hire.
• Basic reading, writing and math skills required.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety policies while loading, transporting, and unloading materials.
• Communicate with dispatchers, drivers, customers, and team members to ensure timely deliveries.
• Assist in loading delivery vehicles and verifying loads prior to departure.
• Inspect invoices and delivery documents for load accuracy.
• Take and upload delivery photos using BisTrack app.
• Meet scheduled delivery deadlines while maintaining safety and service standards.
• Help maintain cleanliness and organization of the facility and inventory.
