Job summary

Elite Surface Infrastructure (ESI) in Englewood, CO, seeks a Marketing Coordinator to support and execute its marketing and communications initiatives. You will collaborate with executive leadership, business development, estimating, operations, and human resources to develop materials, coordinate proposals, manage digital content, and raise ESI's visibility across Colorado's construction industry.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business, or related field.
• Two+ years of professional marketing, communications, proposal, or related experience.
• Strong writing, editing, proofreading, and verbal communication skills.
• Experience producing proposals, presentations, brochures, digital content, or similar materials.
• Strong organizational skills; ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, CMS, email platforms, CRM.
• Working knowledge of social media management, digital marketing, and SEO.

Responsibilities

• Support and execute the annual marketing strategy and communications calendar.
• Maintain branding across proposals, presentations, ads, signage, digital materials.
• Create project profiles, qualification packages, brochures, presentations, resumes, and award submissions.
• Support proposals, statements of qualifications, interviews, and client presentations with BD and estimating.
• Manage website content, SEO, LinkedIn, and digital channels.
• Visit project sites to gather photographs and project information.
• Develop campaigns showcasing asphalt, concrete, earthwork, and underground capabilities.
• Support recruitment marketing and employer branding initiatives.
• Coordinate events, trade shows, sponsorships, and community involvement.
• Coordinate with photographers, designers, printers, vendors.
• Maintain library of project photos, resumes, awards, and marketing assets.
• Monitor website activity, social engagement, campaigns, and metrics.
• Assist leadership with internal communications and special projects.
• Track marketing expenses and assist with budget coordination.
