Job Description
At Olsson, we specialize in providing comprehensive construction management, administration, and observation services to ensure that all projects are executed in accordance with project documents. Our construction services include daily observation and inspection, meticulous project documentation, submittal review, design support, shop drawing review, payment application review, payroll review, and oversight of materials testing. We pride ourselves on delivering technically qualified personnel tailored to meet our clients' specific project requirements.
We are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Construction Manager to oversee and direct a vertical facility project for a confidential client. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in construction management, with specific expertise in vertical facility projects. Experience in surveying or vertical construction is highly advantageous. You will oversee our survey teams working on the same site, ensuring seamless coordination and integration of their work with the overall project. You will also attend meetings with project stakeholders to provide updates, address concerns, and ensure that all project requirements and standards are met.
The successful candidate must be able to work collaboratively with clients and contractors to meet project schedule demands. A positive attitude and a team-oriented approach are essential.
