Waggoner Engineering, Inc. is hiring a Construction Manager for the Bossier City, LA office. The role oversees water and wastewater infrastructure projects, coordinating engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to deliver on time and within budget.

The ideal candidate will influence planning, delivery, modernization, and management of utilities, with access to technical staff and organizational resources to turn ideas into practical improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in construction management, preferably water/wastewater projects.
• Knowledge of water and wastewater treatment systems and related infra.
• Familiarity with scheduling, contract documents, and project controls.

Responsibilities

• Project Planning: develop schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Contractor Management: supervise contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Quality Control: enforce standards and project specs.
• Safety Compliance: uphold OSHA and safety procedures.
• Stakeholder Communication: provide updates to clients and team.
