CDM Smith is seeking a Construction Management Professional to support delivery of construction management services on water and wastewater infrastructure projects. The role involves overseeing construction activities, coordinating project teams, and supporting presale efforts to win new work.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required.
10 years of relevant experience.
Equivalent additional directly related experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
Domestic and/or international travel may be required; frequency depends on duties and projects.

Responsibilities

Plan, manage, and oversee construction projects ranging from small to large, multi-contract with a focus on water and wastewater infrastructure.
Oversee construction representatives and construction specialists.
Manage CPM scheduling, cost control, and claims administration; interpret plans for clients and field staff.
Support presale and business development; contribute to proposals and client meetings.
Coordinate shop drawing reviews; ensure compliance with government and funding regulations.
