Job summary

GAC Enterprises LLC is seeking a Construction Manager I to support coordination and execution of telecom and infrastructure projects. You will work with Field Supervisors, crews, and Project Managers to develop planning and leadership skills on site.

This entry-level role emphasizes safety, proactive reporting, and hands-on experience on active construction sites, with travel up to 50% and growth opportunities into management.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of telecom or construction experience.
• Prior field leadership experience required.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read construction prints and use Google Earth.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Experience with Fieldwire or similar project management tools preferred.
• Understanding of UG and aerial equipment, tools, trucks, and drills.
• Valid driver’s license required; OSHA certification preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and work outdoors in varying weather.

The Role

We’re looking for a Construction Manager I to support coordination and execution of construction projects, working closely with Field Supervisors, crews, and Project Managers. This is the entry point into Construction Management — perfect for someone ready to develop project coordination, planning, and leadership skills.

What You’ll Do

• Review assigned projects to understand scope, timelines, and requirements

• Support planning, scheduling, and coordination of field operations

• Provide direction and support to Field Supervisors and crews

• Monitor job site progress for alignment with project plans

Working Conditions

Outdoor, physical role on active construction sites. Travel may be required (10–50%). Additional hours may be required based on project needs.
