We’re looking for a Construction Manager I to support coordination and execution of construction projects, working closely with Field Supervisors, crews, and Project Managers. This is the entry point into Construction Management — perfect for someone ready to develop project coordination, planning, and leadership skills.
Review assigned projects to understand scope, timelines, and requirements
Support planning, scheduling, and coordination of field operations
Provide direction and support to Field Supervisors and crews
Monitor job site progress for alignment with project plans
Coordinate materials, equipment, and field resources
Maintain project tracking systems and ensure accurate reporting
Support submission of production reports, timecards, and field documentation
Communicate field updates, risks, and constraints to Project Managers
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and PPE requirements
Outdoor, physical role on active construction sites. Travel may be required (10–50%). Additional hours may be required based on project needs.
3–5 years of telecom or construction experience
Prior experience in a field leadership role required
High School Diploma or GED required
Ability to read construction prints and use tools like Google Earth
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
Experience with Fieldwire or similar project management tools preferred
Understanding of UG and aerial equipment, tools, trucks, and drills
Valid driver’s license required; OSHA certification preferred
Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and work outdoors in varying weather
$70,000-$85,000 per year
