Job summary

HighGround Restoration Group is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee reconstruction projects in Dallas and other major Texas markets. You will lead a team of skilled professionals, manage budgets and scheduling, and ensure top quality and safety standards while delivering exceptional client experiences.

The role requires a strong background in reconstruction management, excellent leadership, and robust knowledge of Texas codes and permitting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, or related field (preferred).
• Proven reconstruction management experience.
• Strong project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Excellent communication and client relations skills.
• Knowledge of applicable Texas building codes, permitting, and regulations.
• Experience using CRM software for project tracking and documentation; Xactimate preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and manage all aspects of reconstruction projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Lead and mentor a team of reconstruction professionals, including carpenters, electricians, plumbers, and other trades.
• Ensure reconstruction work meets industry and company standards for quality and safety.
• Monitor project budgets, control costs, and make data-driven decisions to stay within budget.
• Serve as main point of contact for clients, updating on progress and addressing concerns.
• Ensure permits and compliance requirements are met throughout the project.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies for timely project completion.
• Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to secure materials and subcontractors, negotiating terms as needed.
• Enforce safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment.
