Job summary

Project Partners is seeking an experienced Construction Manager/Resident Engineer with 8+ years of experience to assist our public client in the Orange County area. The position will be on-site and full-time (approximately 40 hours per week).

Projects may include: Plant 1 Headworks Replacement Project Liftstation and Sewer System Rehabilitation and Replacement. Responsibilities include implementing the Quality Plan, handling RFIs/RFCs, coordinating with designers, contractors, and agencies, and

• Implement and enforce the project’s Quality Plan to ensure all contract requirements are met.
• Respond to RFIs and RFCs, manage contract change processes, and prepare engineer’s estimates and change orders.
• Lead reviews of contractor submittals and commissioning plans to confirm compliance with project specifications.
• Serve as the primary client interface, coordinating with designers, contractors, and stakeholders, coordinating activities with outside agencies.
• Coordinate and manage on-site personnel, oversee testing agencies, and maintain project records.
• Prepare and review progress reports and assist with substantial and final completion documents.

The Construction Manager/Resident Engineer duties and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
