ServiceMaster Restore in Phoenix seeks an experienced Construction Manager / Reconstruction Project Manager to lead residential and commercial rebuilds from planning through completion. This hands-on role requires strong leadership and the ability to drive projects in fast-paced environments.

You will manage on-site operations, coordinate crews and vendors, maintain schedules and budgets, ensure OSHA compliance, and serve as the primary contact for clients and inspectors.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in construction management, reconstruction, or supervision.
• Experience in insurance restoration or disaster recovery preferred.
• Strong leadership and subcontractor management.
• Read blueprints, scopes of work, and specifications.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety practices.
• Experience managing multiple trades and fast timelines.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• OSHA 30, PMP, or CCM certification a plus.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage construction and reconstruction projects from pre‑construction through final closeout
• Oversee daily jobsite operations, crews, subcontractors, and vendors
• Develop and maintain project schedules, timelines, and budgets
• Control costs, approve change orders, and track project profitability
• Ensure compliance with OSHA safety standards, building codes, and quality standards
• Serve as primary point of contact for clients, inspectors, and internal teams
• Lead jobsite meetings, inspections, and progress reporting
• Proactively resolve field issues to keep projects on schedule
• Coordinate materials, equipment, and labor for restoration and rebuild projects
• Provide documentation as needed for insurance claims, notes in CRM, photos, etc.

• Strong leadership and subcontractor management skills
• Ability to work in a team setting and coordinate between members

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
